Policy for exchanging and returning goods:
All products are returned within a period not exceeding 3 days from receiving the order, and in order to preserve the quality of the product and its shelf life, it cannot be returned after that unless there is a problem or defect in the product.

Regarding cases in which products are not returned

How can I get my money back if I receive an item that is not in the correct shape or damaged?
When you receive the item in a damaged condition or not similar to what was chosen from the site, you can then return the item to us in the same condition in which you received it and in the same original packaging at the time of receipt, within a period of 3 days from the date of receipt. As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect it, and if it is found to be defective or damaged, we will immediately begin procedures to return your money to you, whether those you paid for the item or those paid to ship that item and deliver it to you.
